At Emerald + Root, every recipe begins with thoughtfully selected fruits, vegetables, roots, herbs, and plant-based ingredients. We never use concentrates, artificial flavors, dyes, or unnecessary fillers - just ingredients chosen for their quality, freshness, and flavor.
We also believe in making the most of what nature provides. Many of the fruits, vegetables, and roots used in our juices create nutrient-rich pulp, peels, and scraps that can be composted rather than simply discarded.
